Located on one of the prettiest and most popular golf courses in Murcia, this luxurious ground floor apartment boasts two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large outdoor terrace complete with its own jacuzzi.
Overlooking the 7th fairway on the El Valle Golf Resort, the apartment is fully air conditioned and has speedy and reliable Wi-Fi. It features a well-appointed kitchen, utility room with washing machine, and a lounge area with an oak dining table, corner sofa incorporating a pull-out bed, and a 42-inch LG ‘smart’ TV offering access to Netflix and Prime. English-speaking channels are available through the community TV service.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, plenty of storage and, of course, a kettle and toaster!
The master bedroom features a double bed, double wardrobes and a luxurious en-suite with toilet, washbasin set in a vanity unit and a bath with shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and double wardrobes while the main bathroom features a toilet, enlarged shower cubicle and a washbasin set in a vanity unit.
The main feature of the apartment is the large outside terrace, which enjoys fabulous views across the golf course to the mountains and coast beyond. There is also a fully tiled outside patio area, again offering panoramic views of the resort, which is fully enclosed by a perimeter wall and benefits from 24-hour on-site security.
There are three communal swimming pools just yards from the apartment and the well-appointed clubhouse, complete with bar and restaurant, is just a relaxing 10-minute stroll away. There is also a gymnasium and spa facilities on site, along with a well-stocked supermarket, golf shop and an indoor children’s play area.

Summary: Fab stay at Sally’s and Jerard’s apartment on El Valle. Was perfect for the two of us and so close to the pools. Apartment is well appointed and we didn’t want for anything, lovely and clean. Comms were great and nothing was a problem, even when we did break a wine glass (apologies again). We will definitely be returning and having stayed here 3 times at differing proprieties, this was the by far the best owner experience and ideal for couples…albeit it has enough space for a family.
